ECOPHI Associates & our affiliates are strategically aligned to tackle the challenges of the construction industry head-on. Together, we're pioneering a new approach to regenerative development, one that eliminates the need for traditional client involvement in the building process.

We believe that by removing the complexities and delays caused by client-related issues, we can focus solely on delivering high-quality housing and infrastructure to the public as a Regenerative Development company with the end user in mind. Our model prioritizes new technology, sustainability, efficiency and innovation, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design and construction.

At the heart of our approach is Regenerative BIM Integrated Project Delivery, a cutting-edge method that integrates technology and sustainability principles. By embracing the latest advancements in the industry, we aim to lead the way towards a more sustainable future for construction.

All of our projects will be open book to ensure transparency to all stakeholders with the utilization of BIM to keep track of all costs and expenses for our projects.

Honesty

Taking an honest approach to achieving progress and communicating openly amongst collaborators is our bread and butter. We understand the importance of fairness when it comes to cost. Our goal is to alleviate any worries that may come with cost constraints or ulterior motives during a project. In this way, our projects have less obstacles, so we can focus on a clear vision for the collective goals. We use the AIA IDP project approach to have an honest open project with all parties involved by utilizing BIM technology to keep all the whole project team informed on all costs and one place of truth for all documentation for each project that is shared with everyone involved.

Sustainability+

Between different contexts and applications, sustainability can take various forms. At EcoPhi, we aim to create sustainable solutions whenever possible. As new technologies and methods emerge, EcoPhi hopes to tether our work to the pursuit of more efficient and environmentally harmonious systems.
