Retainer to start EcoPhi BIM Services - $1,880 @ $188/hr

We provide basic BIM architectural services starting at 10% for new construction and 15% for remodels with full open book policy and transparency on everything we do.  EcoPhi will evaluate your project for complexity and scope during the retainer period to evaluate services desired, which we will charge hourly with the retainer till we have agreed on a preliminary budget for your project to base our fees from.  If the project has potential to be regenerative for all parties involved we can work out an investment model as well; which we will discuss during our initial meetings. This retainer can also be used for hourly consulting services for all your project needs. Please review the Intake Form and Example Proposal below to familiarize yourself with our project process.  We can fill out the Intake Form together if the retainer is paid or you may fill it out yourself for our first complimentary consultation meeting.
