Retainer to start EcoPhi Services - $5,500 @ $188/hr

We provide basic BIM architectural services starting at 8% for new construction and 13% for remodels with full open book policy and transparency on everything we do.  EcoPhi will evaluate your project for complexity during the retainer period, which we will charge hourly for our services till we have agreed on a preliminary budget for your project to base our fees from.  If the project has potential to be regenerative for all parties involved we can work out an investment model as well; which we will discuss during our initial meetings.
